Thrasher Virtuosity

 What a crazy gorgeous burst of song!!  Mind you, I am such a complete dolt when it comes to spotting birds, it took me a moment to realize he was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. :)  He was singing his heart out, along the roadside a few doors down from our house, just above a particularly menacing stand of cactus.  Oh, and then he stops for a moment to scratch his toes?  Ho-hum.  Another day, another concert.
